The Training Centre is designed to meet the requirements of both beginners (in terms of practical experience in industrial automation) and experienced professionals who want to systematize or improve their knowledge, through two programs:
In addition to standard programs, various thematic or custom-made courses are organized.
The courses enable participants to master the necessary skills to configure, program, commission and diagnose SIEMENS industrial control systems: programmable logic controllers (PLCs), process visualization and control devices (HMIs), computer network components (NET) and drive technologies.
Intended for engineers and technicians who deal with maintenance (diagnostics and modifications) and basic programming of SIMATIC S7 programmable controllers. Programming and diagnostics are done based on the S7-300 controller, based to the specifics of the S7-400.
The student creates a complex program that demonstrates the possibilities of connecting different devices into one whole, and thus completely explains the SIEMENS TIA concept of industrial automation. Connection technology for HMI (TP177B) and PROFIBUS DP devices (ET200S and SINAMICS G120).
Configuring the SIMATIC WinCC software package. The course also includes basic optional software packages as well as additional software modules. Using simple examples, the student acquires basic knowledge that allows him to integrate WinCC quickly and easily into the automation system.
The course is intended for engineers and technicians who deal with maintenance (diagnostics and minor modifications) and basic programming of SIMATIC S7 programmable controllers. Programming and diagnostics are done based on the S7-300 controller, with reference to the specifics of the S7-400.
Among other things, the course introduces the basic elements of configuring and programming the operator panel, as well as the mechanism of data exchange with the PLC, for which purpose the system software tool WinCC flexible is used.
Participants are also introduced to the basics of parameterization of frequency regulators, and data exchange with the PLC via Profibus. Upon completion of the course, participants receive a certificate of successful completion of training under the SIEMENS SITRAIN program.
Prerequisites: Experience in working in a Windows environment, basic knowledge of SIMATIC STEP 7 at the level of the ST-PRO1 course.
The course is intended for engineers who want to expand their knowledge in the field of programming programmable logic controllers and get acquainted with advanced techniques in this field. With our help, the student creates a complex program that demonstrates the possibilities of connecting different devices into one whole, and thus completely explains the SIEMENS TIA concept of industrial automation.
The course provides an overview of more advanced connection techniques of HMI (TP177B) and PROFIBUS DP devices (ET200S and SINAMICS G120).
Among other things, participants are introduced to the parameterization, diagnostics, and commissioning of frequency controllers via the PROFIBUS network using the SIEMENS software tool STARTER. Upon completion of the course, participants receive a certificate of successful completion of training under the SIEMENS SITRAIN program.
Prerequisites: Experience working in a Windows environment. Basic knowledge of higher programming languages. Basic knowledge of automatic control in industry.
The ST-BWINCCS course is intended for programmers and engineers who put automatic control plants into operation, as well as designers, service technicians, operators, users and workers in the maintenance of automatic control plants. The main topic of the course is configuring the SIMATIC WinCC software package. The course also includes basic optional software packages as well as additional software modules. Using simple examples, the student acquires basic knowledge that allows him to integrate WinCC quickly and easily into the automation system.
After the course, the student will be able to recognize which of the WinCC modules are necessary for his application, know how to configure and integrate them into his system.
Upon completion of the course, participants receive a certificate of successful completion of training under the SIEMENS SITRAIN program.
